This piece looks like an aerial few of islands in the sea to me.
The Cerillos mine is one of the oldest turquoise mines in the US. It’s located on the Turquoise Trail between Albuquerque & Santa Fe, NM
This sweet cuff features a sterling silver split band cuff with a beautiful cerillos turquoise wrapped in fine silver. 
Measurements 
5” around inside cuff with 1” opening 
stone is .75”
