Tyrone Stacker Ring

Tyrone turquoise is a rare and highly collectible gemstone mined in the Burro Mountains near Silver City, New Mexico. 
Native Americans mined the area as early as 600 AD. Modern excavations began in 1875 by a hunter named "Turquoise John" Coleman. It hasn't been commercially mined since the early 1980s when the copper mine shifted to an extraction process that destroyed the turquoise. This material has become increasingly scarce since the mine’s closure, making genuine Tyrone turquoise a sought-after choice for collectors.
